Hello all,
I have a short visit planned to Sofia in Bulgaria and was infromed by a good source that they sell some Czech pilsners in the supermarkets in Sofia.
I am really looking for a reply from someone who has visited Sofia and of course the supermarket, I was informed they stock Czech Budvar so was very excited by this and really am planning the whole trip around this.
I will explain why, I live in Turkey and as you can see by my username I like Prague, of course I could go to Prague myself but want to visit Sofia as the train journey can be taken from Istanbul (Turkey). I have tried to contact Czech beer suppliers and the cost to send it to Turkey just does not seem worth it, I really enjoy Czech pilsners so if anyone knows about supermarkets in Sofia and what beer they stock then I welcome your reply. Any more information would be helpful also on the Capital of Bulgaria.
