We%26#39;re going to Sveti Vlas next week and the forecast is not so good :(

Any tips or trips that we can do when the weather is bad?

Hi Lienie

There are loads of trips you can do if the weather is not so good

Here are just a few of the trips you might like

Varna - Aladja monastery - Balchik .... Trip to the sea capital Varna-one of the most beautiful cities in Bulgaria. Tour of the city. Sightseeing of Aladja monastery-the most famous rock monastery on the Bulgarian seaside, which existed in the period of 12-14 century. Departure to Balchik, also called “The White Town“...

Valley of roses and Thracian kings.... Tour to the valley of the most sweet-smelling flower-the rose- and the Kingdom of the ancient Thracians. Visit to the ethnographic complex in the town of Kazanlak, tasting of rose products...

Sozopol-Ropotamo

Visit to one of the ancient towns in the country-the ancient Sozopol. Romantic walk in the old town, which has preserved the culture of several ancient civilizations. Boat trip in Ropotamo river-amazingly beautiful river with unique picturesque nature. Lunch. Free time for shopping in Bourgas.

Kotel - Zheravna

Day trip by bus

Departure for Zheravna with brief rest on the way. In Zheravna, tour of a museum house, the church and icon collection. Free time, lunch.

Departure for Kotel. Visit to the museum of old Kotel arts and crafts, Galatean%26#39;s school, with demonstration of folk musical instruments by students at the unique folk music school. Visit to the Ethnographic and natural History Museum. Return trip to Sunny Beach.

There are also many options for yacht trips (but obviously these are much better when the weather is good)

A jeep safari may be another option but again weather dependent.

If you prefer to be more independent there are plenty of buses that run frequently from Sunny Beach to places like Nessebar, Pommorie %26amp; Bourgas.

I hope this helps

Kind regards
