Princess Outlet Center is located in the MLADOST-4 quarter of Sofia, next to the HIT supermarket. Your address is missing the number of the blvd., and it is 77.

бул. Александър Малинов № 77 (No. 77, Alexandar Malinov boulevard)

It is open since~2 years I think.
