sunny beach 7th -14th september, diomand hotel or meridian h

Hello all,

Could any one please tell me if it is still lively round this period, i really need a blow out, i like a bit of atmosphere etc. Also i need to pick one ot the hotels - meridian or diomand. Help is much appreciated!!!!

2nd week in September should be fine...cant guarantee the weather though, but thats true of anywhere.....think of the summer we%26#39;ve had in the UK!!!!

Both hotels are ok, depends what you%26#39;re lookingfor.

The Diamond is right in the centre and caters mostly for the 18-30s crowd.

Well i have booked diomand but found out friends are at meridian, i need to pay 30 pound to change but think i will stay where i am. Im 25 so should just about handle it lol.

So many people are saying its empty in early september, im sure they are on a wind up! is everything open, ie clubs and bars?

Dont worry Shaun, all the clubs and bars will still be open until at least the end of September.

We found last September that there seemed to be a lot of Scandinavians though. Hows your Swedish?????

I Do worry, ha ha, my sweish is not too good but i know they are generally nice people with better english then my self!!!

Worrying again is it always best to make sure your in a group to avoid being robbed etc. Bit concerned over the distance from diomand to meridian, there are only 2 of us staying there? im sure the resort is fine. I stayed in barcelona and survived and that was dangerous as!!!

Diomand should be ok, depending on what you opt for.

The distance between them... get a taxi. It shouldn%26#39;t charge much. =)

hi shauno84 my sister in law stayed in the diamond hotel last year .we drank in her hotel bar every night. prices were really good . its nice inside pool table in the bar area .not much in the way of entertainment but you are beside everything. we went last 2 weeks in september last year and all the bars were still lively .if you walk around the swimming pool beside the play area and come out the side gate there is a 24 hour supermarket its called the bali in front of you on the corner have a great holiday kate
