Lower exchange rate (1.98) here for scottish or irish notes so bring english pounds (2.13).
Iberostar Sunny Beach is excellent and the food very good.
Iberostar Tiara Beach is a nice hotel woth a good pool, but the food is very poor.

Ensure sterling notes are clean, unmarked and not torn.
Best rate in June/ july was STRING exchange opposite Diamond Hotel. Higher than Crown. 100% safe and no commission. Dont be tempted to use any other booth or if approached in the street...YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF and probably end up with worthless old Yugoslavian notes!
