St Vlas Beach

Hi, We are off a week today to St Vlas and can%26#39;t wait. On days when we don%26#39;t want to stay on beach for the whole day (so not worth hiring beds and umbrella) can we put up a beach tent/shelter and towels anywhere on the beach or do the folks renting stuff object?

Also, is there a decent supermarket in Vlas for the days when i don%26#39;t want to eat out-don%26#39;t think there will be many but you never know! Thanks

Hello,

When we went to vlas beach with the kids we took a small beach tent, just for the kids to get changed in ,hide from the sun etc.We were told by the bloke who rents out the sun beds to take it down as it was blocking the view for the people who he had rented the sun beds out to.I wouldnt mind but it was only about four foot wide and two foot high.

Musnt grumble

When we were staying in Sv Vlas in June we had no problem putting towels down on the beach, sorry didnt notice any tents/shelters though.

There are now some good supermarkets in the village, we used the one over the main road from the Watermill Complex. You could get freshly cooked chickens etc there and loads of places selling fruit and veg etc.
