I have just booked this hotel for end of july and wondered if anyone could provide me with an e mail address,Also any tips on what rooms to request and if the hotel provides pool towels.

Can only answer part of your question.
Take your own pool towels. The hotel rules are that the towels provided in bedrooms (ample and frequently cleaned as they are) should not be taken down to pool.
