How much money needed for a week in SB?

Never having been to Bulgaria or SB before I%26#39;m not sure how much money to take. I%26#39;m staying at the Iberostar Sunny Beach on HB for a week on 14th Aug.

My wife and I are taking our 2 year old G/daughter so we won%26#39;t be having many late nights. Can anybody

give me a rough estimation of how much we will need for the week?

we were there in May/early June and took about £450 which worked out roughly 900 leva for the week, that was for 2 of us were B%26amp;B so eat out everyday but also went on 2 excursions booked independently and also got the usual souveneiers so if you base round tha and probably add about another 100 150 quid cos of the grandaughter you should be okay

i brought 1000euro for 2weeks in june and had 100 coming home and bought alot of handbags purfumes clothes and eat out everyday went to khans tent and also the waterpark and nessbar .so bring around 600 id say ull prob come home with some but better be safe than sorry and only use the crown exchange theres loads all over the resort enjoy..

Hi, definately change your money over there you get a better exchange rate were off monday for 2 weeks and just brnging enough for taxi and water for when we arrive. were takin 2000 euro for 2 adults and 3 children, so i%26#39;d say £600 would be plenty for you to take. Enjoy :)

Sorry to jump on this thread but along with this question is it better to get the Euro or the local Lev?

Get the lev we changed our euro to the lev. ow i wish i was going again loved it over there ye will have a ball
