sorry this has taken so long to post.
returned from SB on 16th Aug and as usual had a fabulous time, we stayed in the 3* wing of the Arda hotel, this is a small friendly family run hotel, which is very basic, but meets all your needs. The hotel is spotless, towels changed regularly and rooms cleaned daily, plenty of choice for breakfast and choices of snacks, lunches and dinner if you wanted to purchase. It was our grandsons birthday whilst we were there, and the owner of the hotel went out of his way to go to nessebur to collect a birthday cake for us, not many people would do that for you. The 2* wing of the arda is very basic and i would reccomend that if you stay in this hotel, please book the 3*star wing its more comforable and has a fridge, tv, and air con We did the usual trips etc, khans tent, water park, but my granson did enjoy the water slides at the beach the best. Ate out at the mexico bar,picadillay, lotus, havana, marbella and babylon restaurants, very good choice of food and prices were reasonable, ate at the house a type of asian food place, but would not recommend it. Our weather was lovely with a small thunder shower of 30 mins. We thought that SB was quite quiet this time not the usual hussle and bustle that you normally get, but then again there is the credit crunch going on. Did see a few beggars but thats norm, but did not see any trouble.
All in all another great holiday for us, roll on next year.
