Unfortunately not !! I only smoke Major myself, however I Managed on Rothmans over there,( also available Silk Cut, Bensons, Marlboro) Only buy the cigarettes in Supermarkets or the tobacconists as the ones on the streets are supposedly Dodgy, enjoy !!

Hi, you cannot buy any duty free either going to or coming home from Bulgaria because Bulgaria is a member of the E.U. Cigs over there are 40 lev for 200 in supermarket

You can buy in the airport in Bulgaria to come home BUT it is more expensive than in the resort.
