hotel arda

Just got back from a week in sunny beach staying at Hotel Arda, we were a bit worried about going here as we had read sum mixed reviews.

me and my friend both 23, stayed in the 2 star part of the hotel, i do not know wot the 3 str was like, our room was basic, 2 beds, cupboard space, toliet , shower, the usual basic needs. it was totally fine.

it was very clean, sheets were changed every few days. it was plenty of space 4 2 girls getting ready 4 a night out. we ate in the hotel every morn 4 breakfast and it was excellent. cant complain bout the food at all. food by the pool was fine also 4 a snack throughout the day, or we had a pub called frankos right beside us which had the best toasties.

pool was clean, altho very cold. always able 2 get a sun lounger. mixed nationalities but every1 was polite. we got a safety deposit box for a very reasonable price, u cld also opt to get air con or a fan but we felt no need as it got very cool at night.

over all we had a great week athotel arda, met lovely ppl who also had no complaints. rooms are basic, but if u just gettin ready in them and sleeping, then they are ideal.

hotel is in a good location for the cheaper restaurants and pubs. about 15 - 20 min walk from main strip. plenty to do around the hotel, beach is a short walk away.

What%26#39;s the shopping like? I was looking to buy bikini%26#39;s shorts, sun dresses ect over there. Was there a decent choice? And more importantly are they cheap? ;o)

Thanks Debz for your report. 2star is very basic, but a clean bed and a shower so what more do you want on a girls holiday! Always found all the hotel pools to be cold in Bulgaria, great to cool down when it gets really hot.

Shopping for bikins etc is great, good choice and cheaper than at home. Just take an empty suitcase!
